Greetings,
Five years ago I started my studies and more than three years I started to dedicate to this project full time. At the beginning I could not sell my farm because the buyers wanted to destroy the forest. I always quit before I close any deal. Then, the projected I conceived became big enough in order to consider again selling my property in order to invest at my project The Brazilian government created a law mandating the land owners, at the rain forest area, to perform a geo referrencing of our properties in order to get the Certification of Rural Property Registration or CCIR (in Portuguese). This certification is very expensive due to the field surveys and the difficulties to access the land inside the forest. I did not sell my land before and now I cannot sell it without the CCIR. I started this process in 2005 but I had to stop due to the lack of financial resources.After you read all I am sending now you will have several other options and I will add even more after I get your qualifications and professional connections.
